Samy Vellu gets ad-interim injunction

MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu obtained an ad-interim injunction from the High Court here today restraining former MIC Youth head M. Vigneswaran and three others from further publishing libellous articles on him.

Justice Rosnaini Saub, who made the order in chambers, also told both the plaintiff and defendants to prepare written submissions wihin six weeks before the hearing of the inter-partes application on Oct 23.

Specialist who slapped patient suspended
